SESSION 1: explore what is going on in real life, analyse which area of life needs work, connect client-coach, agreement on the structure of coaching sessions. Confidentiality of the sessions and data protection.
SESSION 2: giving effective tools to communicate and help people to live their lives to the highest level, further setting GOALS to overcome problems and step into SUCCESS. This session will give the client time to consider accepting changes and implementing strategies and new ideas in their daily routine.
SESSION 3: Give time to reflect on the last session plan and implemented actions. Discuss what changes went well and celebrate success. Depending on the structure of coaching will carry on with the individual strategy and tools implementing changes like high level of family performance, within their communities, within their job, and improved health. Etc. This practice can be just for an individual who wants personal development too.
SESSION 4: Give effective homework with daily strategies to change habits. They are reviewing ONE GOAL at the time and reinforcing changing habits with coaching tools. Learn how to change an old habit for a new one, and explore which client's motivation, values or beliefs condition their behaviour.
SESSION 5: working on creating a new identity and increasing confidence in all areas of LIFE, for example, talking in public, or doing a workshop. Creating a new image of yourself will facilitate setting new GOALS to have a life you will LOVE.
SESSION 6: working on the results of the new habits, the purpose of the changes, and reflecting on the new life built. Celebrate SUCCESS and my job will be that my clients reach their GOALS.
